Payments
Payments can be made by cash or cheque. A deposit of 50%, plus 8% PST, is due at time of ordering. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of your completed order. Changes to the order are accepted up to 6 weeks prior to the event but may be subject to extra charges.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to four weeks prior to the delivery date and are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 40% of your total order.
